We have hundreds of training modules (with more to come) that can be assigned via e-mail to any person in your membership group.  This is separate from the Drumbeat Programs that we offer and run independently. 

 

For example, if you want every person in your organization to complete harassment training this week, you would copy the hyperlink on our member's page and send it to the 300 people in your organization and each will be assigned the training with a password.

If you have a new hire and want to onboard them quickly, you will be able to send them the training to their e-mail and they complete the training on their phone, laptop, or computer.

​

If you have a need for a forklift operator, copy the link and have your user take that module.

​

This makes assigning any training to any person in your membership group a snap!

 

If you want verification they took the training, each training is assigned a completion code after a quiz is passed.  The employee can respond back to you with the code.  We set it up this way for our many customers that do not currently have a Learning Management System (LMS).  If you do have an LMS, you can still log the training with the completion code in your LMS.  We will supply all members with a list of all training modules with completion verification codes.  We do manage and change the passwords on the training modules often to protect the number of certificates that you subscribe to.  The pricing is negotiated depending on the size, scope, and complexity of your organization.
