The workbooks and training materials cost a small fortune and become more clutter on your shelves that will soon need to be tossed into the trash. The employees that you spent many hours training have moved on to other employment opportunities and the training time and training materials have been wasted.
At READY SAFE GO, our approach is much different. We understand that training sessions for your employees must occur, but taking them off the production floor or out of the field for hours at a time just doesn't make sense. We provide concise, weekly training, via email that can be taken on a phone, tablet, or computer. We offer a variety of training topics, including soft skills, such as Kindness, Empathy, Inclusion, and Harassment as well as safety courses like Lockout Tagout, Confined Space, and Bloodborne Pathogens. Rest assured, in a 52-week period your supervisors, managers, and safety committee members will have ongoing training on a variety of subjects. These training courses are between 5-7 minutes long and can be shared with teams, family members, etc.

Along with the training, there will be either an actionable employee engagement activity for the week, a focused area audit, or tips on a certain subject.

We provide each supervisor with an editable and printable safety newsletter posting. It is a single-page that has important safety reminders with a quote at the bottom that addresses Teamwork, Motivation, and Success. We are currently distributing Volume 525, representing over 10 years of posted newsletters.
